In preparation for your planned surgical procedure, we wanted to carefully outline our policy on any procedures that may be recommended/needed after your initial surgery.
While we make every effort to ensure that you receive the highest quality of care, adverse results do sometimes occur. As a result, there may be additional expenses that occur later during your treatment. These could include fees due to the surgical facility, your anesthesia provider and/or your surgeon depending on the procedure.
