So, anything that I can do to decrease my patients\u2019 recovery time is a great thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combination procedures are one of the most <em>effective<\/em>\nways to maximize your results while also minimizing the surgery\u2019s impact on\nyour daily routine. A Mommy Makeover is by far the most popular combination\nprocedure, but it isn\u2019t just for mommies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Best Candidate for Mommy Makeover<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Mommy Makeover is mostly a marketing term\nfor a combination of procedures that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brzowski.com\/body\/mommy-makeover\/\">address\nboth the breasts and the abdomen<\/a>.\nObviously, pregnancy and breastfeeding can result in breast volume loss and\nstretched out skin and\/or muscles in these areas, but so can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>weight\ngain\/loss<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brzowski.com\/body\/surgery-after-weight-loss\/\">massive\nweight loss<\/a><\/li><li>hormones<\/li><li>menopause<\/li><li>age<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, anyone who is not loving the look\nof their breasts and tummy is a potential candidate for a Mommy Makeover. There\nare any number of procedures that can be <em>combined<\/em> to create the\nprocedure. The right ones for you are always going to depend on your individual\nanatomy, desired outcome and willingness to tolerate scars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Breast Augmentation or Breast Lift?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rejuvenating the breasts is so popular for a\nreason \u2014 <em>it makes women feel great<\/em>. And when you feel more comfortable\nin your skin, it has a profoundly positive effect on your self-esteem. Rejuvenating\nthe breasts is not always about a breast augmentation. <strong>Volume loss<\/strong> is a\ncommon side effect of pregnancy and weight loss, but, sometimes, the issues\nwith the breast are more about sagging skin and tissue. Furthermore,\npatients typically find that the more youthful, vital looking lift and\nprojection that they achieve with a breast lift is well worth any minimal\nscarring.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tummy Tuck <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The most common procedure for improving the\nappearance of your abdomen is a <strong>tummy tuck<\/strong>, or abdominoplasty. If you\u2019ve\nhad children or lost a significant amount of weight, you will likely require a\nfull tummy tuck as it addresses the entirety of the abdomen. However, if you\nonly have a slight bulge that rests solely below your belly button, then you\nmay be a good candidate for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brzowski.com\/body\/adbominoplasty-tummy-tuck\/\">mini\ntummy tuck<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients love the idea of anything \u201cmini\u201d as it implies that there will be a smaller incision. This is sometimes true with the mini tummy tuck, but the most important thing is to choose the procedure that is going to lift, smooth and flatten your tummy.
